Elderflower Mint Gimlet
 
Ingredients:
2.00 oz Plymouth Gin
0.75 oz St. Germain
0.25 ea Lime
8.00 ea Average Size Mint Leaves

Preparation:
Cut lime into two wedges
muddle lime and mint
add Gin and St. Germain
shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
(optional fine strain out the mint particles and garnish with single flattened mint leaf if fine strained )
