Ginger & Cilantro Mule
 
Ingredients:
1.50 oz Milagro Select Barrel Reposado
0.75 oz Domaine de Canton Liqueur
1.00 tsp Agave nectar
0.50 oz Fresh lime juice
2.00 tsp Ginger infused simple syrup
2.00 ea Slices of ginger root
1.00 ea Handful of cilantro leaves
1.00 splash Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

Preparation:
First muddle ginger root and ginger simple syrup in a mixing glass.
Add other ingredients-except the ginger ale-shake well.
Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wheel.
