Pepper Delicious
 
Ingredients:
2.00 oz Aviation Gin
10.00 ea Mint leaves
1.00 oz Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
2.00 ea Red bell pepper thin slices

Preparation:
In a mixing glass, add red bell pepper slices and mint leaves and hand-press with a muddler
Fill glass with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds
Double fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish
