The challenge last week was to take your favorite cocktail and add one (+1) ingredient to it, put it in a dress, and give it a new name. The prize is a signed picture of Blair ‘Trader Tiki’ Reynolds in a dress! And some booze too, once we figure it out. But we know which prize is more important.
Thursday Drink Night on March 11th will be “Unsimple“ Simple syrup is the great equalizer in creating new cocktails – and we’re getting rid of it. No syrups this week. No syrups!

Allspice dram is a nice add to a Manhatten, but 1/2 ounce is too much. 1/4 ounce is more balanced.
