Clear spirits was our theme, and as always, the competition was fierce. Here’s the best drinks of the night.

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

• 1 oz gin
• 1oz mezcal
• 1/3 oz falernum
• 1/3oz fernet
• 1/3oz carpano antica
• 2d mole bitters

Stir until well integrated and strain into cocktail glass.

Great White Flight

• 2 oz White Rum (used ElD 3yo)
• 0.75oz Falernum
• 0.75oz lime juice
• 0.5oz Domain de Canton
• 0.25oz Orgeat
• 0.25oz Maraschino
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Shake all with ice and dump into double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with your fading pride

Phantom Limb

• 1.5 oz cachaca
• 0.75 oz dry vermouth
• 0.25 oz Cointreau
• 0.25 oz orgeat
• 2 dash absinthe
• 1 dash grapefruit bitters

Stir and strain into cocktail glass.

Anarchist’s Kiss

• 2 oz Zaya
• 1 oz Pisco
• 0.5 oz Kirsch
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
• 3 drops almond extract

Stir and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Dutch Elm Disease

• 2 oz Genever
• 0.5oz Scotch
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2d bitters

Stir with ice, strain into DOF with ice. Lemon twist.
