Last week’s Thursday Drink Night turned out nearly double the participants. As always, many new cocktails were created, enjoyed, and hopefully not fed to the angry sink.
The Winners
Stevi Deter from Two At The Most had the winning cocktail of the evening:
Black River Sidecar
- 1 1/2oz cognac
- 3/4oz lemon juice
- 1/4oz Pimento Dram
- 1t agave nectar
Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
The Black River Sidecar was featured on Kaiser Penguin today.
Reader Michele (aka BonzoGal) was the random winner who stayed with us in the chat for at least two hours. She will be receiving a 350ml bottle of homemade pimento dram from Gabe of Cockail Nerd fame and a 350ml bottle of Falernum JP1 from Blair of the glorious Trader Tiki.
Sounds like Stevi got the lame prize.
